I was able to help out my mother in laws friend. She had a "sweet 60th" birthday party. It was fun. It was a nice day, very low stress :) She asked for donations of soap and washcloths for a local woman's shelter. I thought that was nice. Her favorite color is purple so we carried that throughout the day. She had a bunch of family pictures as decor too. We added them to all of the tables along with the floral centerpieces we made. She also loves tea so she wanted to incorporate that into the day. I used a lot of different tea pots and arranged the flowers in them. It had a neat eclectic feel to it. Here are some pictures.
